Client collaboration
Send one link. Get a clear yes.
Every ShowingSnap project can become a shared workspace. Your seller, buyer, or homeowner opens it on their phone, compares before and after, leaves comments, and taps approve. No account on their side, nothing to install.
Try it freeFree tier: 5 renders every 30 days. No credit card required.
The approval is the deliverable
A staged render only earns its keep when the client signs off on it. Today that sign-off usually happens in a text thread: versions pile up, feedback is vague, and nobody is sure which image actually got the yes.
A ShowingSnap workspace replaces the thread. Renders, comments, favorites, and approvals live together in one place both of you can see, attributed by name. When your client says yes, everyone knows exactly what they said yes to.
How it works
- 1
Share the workspace
Invite your client by email from any project. They get a personal guest link that opens in the browser on any device.
- 2
They review as guests
No signup, no password. They enter a name on first visit, then browse renders, compare before and after, and leave comments.
- 3
You collect the yes
Favorites, one-tap approvals, and direction picks are attributed by name and recorded in the workspace, not lost in a text thread.
What your client can do, without an account
Compare before and after
Every render sits next to the photo it came from, and guests can put options side by side to weigh one direction against another.
Comment on any render
Feedback lands on the image it is about, visible to everyone in the workspace instead of buried in a thread.
Favorite and approve in one tap
Guests mark the options they love and approve the ones they are ready to sign off on. Counts are visible at a glance.
Choose between directions
Propose two or three looks for a room and let the client make the call. Their pick is recorded in the workspace.
Join with a name, not an account
A guest enters a display name and nothing else. No password, no verification email, no download.
Access you control
Every member has their own link, and you can revoke it whenever you want. Revoked links stop working.
Built for your side of the deal
You see when a client first opens the workspace and what they react to, so the follow-up call starts from what they actually looked at. Owners on Pro and Studio also get a weekly email digest of workspace activity.
On Studio, up to 5 seats share the same workspaces, so an assistant or a teammate can prepare renders and collect approvals with you. Guests are separate from seats: they review and decide, they do not render.
Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need a ShowingSnap account?
No. Clients open a workspace through a personal guest link. There is no account, no password, and no app to install. On first visit they enter a display name so their comments and approvals are attributed to them.
What can a client do in a shared workspace?
Guests can view every render, compare before and after, weigh options side by side, leave comments, mark favorites, and approve options with one tap. When you propose more than one direction for a room, a guest can also pick the one they want.
Can I stop sharing a workspace?
Yes. Each member has their own link, and you can revoke it at any time. A revoked link stops resolving, and the image URLs it served are short-lived and expire on their own.
How is this different from texting photos to my client?
A text thread scatters versions and loses decisions. A workspace keeps every render, comment, favorite, and approval in one place, attributed by name, so when a client says yes, everyone knows exactly what they said yes to.
