What ShowingSnap adds: the client approval step
Every ShowingSnap project can become a shared workspace. Your seller, buyer, or homeowner opens a private link, types a display name, and is in. No account, no password, nothing to install. They compare before and after, comment on any render, favorite it, approve it in one tap, and pick between directions you propose. You can revoke any guest link at any time, and guests are not seats: they cannot render, so they never use your quota.
Two things worth stating plainly: guest workspaces are on every plan including Free, where they are limited to 2 guests per workspace (paid plans are unlimited); and what your client sees follows your plan, so on Free and Starter the renders in the workspace carry the ShowingSnap watermark, exactly as your own downloads do.
On 5 August 2026 we read Collov AI's published pricing, product, and API documentation pages and did not find a feature that lets a seller or buyer review, comment on, or approve photos without creating an account. Their signed-in app requires an account, so we could not inspect it. If that is wrong, tell us and we will correct this page.
