ShowingSnap vs Pedra
Pedra publishes the widest feature set of any tool we compared: staging and enhancement plus property video, unlimited 360 tours, floor plan drawing and rendering, batch editing, social automation, and an API included in the base plan. ShowingSnap does less of that and concentrates on the client approval step. If you want one tool that covers most listing media, read this page carefully, because it is mostly about them.

Where Pedra is stronger
If we left this section out, you would find these out on your own and trust nothing else on the page.
- The widest published feature set of any tool on these pages: property video, unlimited 360 tours, floor plan drawing and rendering, batch editing, and social automation, on top of staging and enhancement.
- Paid output is presented as watermark-free from 29 EUR a month plus VAT. Ours is watermarked until the $49 Pro plan.
- API access is included in their base plan. We have no API on any tier.
- Every 360 tour gets a public link, a QR code, and an embed that anyone can open without an account. That overlaps with our guest-link story and is worth knowing before you choose.
- A free staging render every 24 hours with no signup at all, plus a no-card trial with credits, a video, and a tour.
- An annual plan advertised as four months free, plus priority support on annual. We have neither.
- Agency workspaces let them invite members by email. Our team seats cap at five and only on the $149 plan.
What ShowingSnap adds: the client approval step
Every ShowingSnap project can become a shared workspace. Your seller, buyer, or homeowner opens a private link, types a display name, and is in. No account, no password, nothing to install. They compare before and after, comment on any render, favorite it, approve it in one tap, and pick between directions you propose. You can revoke any guest link at any time, and guests are not seats: they cannot render, so they never use your quota.
Two things worth stating plainly: guest workspaces are on every plan including Free, where they are limited to 2 guests per workspace (paid plans are unlimited); and what your client sees follows your plan, so on Free and Starter the renders in the workspace carry the ShowingSnap watermark, exactly as your own downloads do.
On 5 August 2026 we read Pedra's published pricing, product, and API documentation pages. They publish public links, QR codes, and embeds for 360 tours, which anyone can open without an account. What we did not find was a flow where a client comments on or approves a specific image and that decision is recorded against it. If that is wrong, tell us and we will correct this page.
